Ingredients
  • 3 T butter or margarine
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 can pumpkin pie filling

Directions
  1. Cream butter and brown sugar. Add pecans
  2. spread over unbaked pie shell
  3. bake 450 degrees for 10 minutes
  4. add pumpkin pie filling
  5. bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees
  6. don not over bake
  7. custard will thicken while cooling
