How to make it

  • > combined the first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Mix well to fully incorporate. Set aside.
  • > Heat oil and saut. garlic and onion until limp. Add prawns and cook until it changes color.
  • > Add prepared chili-cream mixture and cook while continously stirring for another 3 minutes.
  • > Season with salt and pepper.
  • > Serve on top of toasted baguette or French bread slices. Garlish with parsley on top.
