Creamy Prawn Treat Recipe
This pink and plump prawns cooked in a combination of creamy and chill sauce great to serve as appetizer or main dish for those who love HOT!

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 1 cup all-purpose cream
  • 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1 125g Creamy Yogurt (Natural)
  • 2 tbsp. cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 cup sliced onion
  • 1 kg. prawn, peeled and deveined
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • baguette or French bread slices
  • parsley

Directions
  1. > combined the first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Mix well to fully incorporate. Set aside.
  2. > Heat oil and saut. garlic and onion until limp. Add prawns and cook until it changes color.
  3. > Add prepared chili-cream mixture and cook while continously stirring for another 3 minutes.
  4. > Season with salt and pepper.
  5. > Serve on top of toasted baguette or French bread slices. Garlish with parsley on top.
