Ingredients

2 large tomatoes, diced

6 green onions, chopped

1 cup finely shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies

1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained

1 T chopped garlic

1/4 cup Italian salad dressing

Directions

In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
