Broccoli Con Mais

                    - 6 - cups broccoli florets, cut into bite sizes, blanched shopping list
 - 1 - cup canned whole kernel corn or boiled corn, blanched shopping list
 - 2 - tablespoons cream of asparagus powder shopping list
 - 1 - tablespoon cornstarch shopping list
 - 1/2 - clove garlic, minced shopping list
 - 1 - onion, sliced shopping list
 - 2 - tablespoon butter shopping list
 - 1 - cup water shopping list
 - salt and pepper to taste shopping list
 
How to make it 
                    - Saute garlic and onion in butter
 - Dissolve cream of asparagus powder and cornstarch in 1 cup water
 - Stir into sauteed mixture and cook unti sauce thickens
 - Season with salt and pepper
 - Place the blanched broccoli and whole kernel corn on the platter, then top with white sauce
 - Serve hot
