Brown Sugar Baked Acorn Squash

- 1 acorn squash shopping list
- 2 Tbps olive oil shopping list
- 2 Tbps brown sugar shopping list
- 1 Tbps butter shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat Oven to 450 degrees
- Cut acorn squash in half
- Scoop out seeds and discard
- Cut squash into 8 wedges
- Place on a shallow baking sheet or cookie sheet lined with foil
- Drizzle with olive oil
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Toss to coat
- Place each wedge skin down
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Remove from oven
- Place small pad of butter on each wedge and sprinkle with brown sugar
- Continue to bake for 15 minutes
- Serve warm
