Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 packet taco seasoning mix

1/2 cup hot water

1 can whole kernel corn

3 cups shredded lettuce

3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 medium tomatoes

1/3 cup taco sauce

4 taco shells

Directions

Brown ground beef with onion. Drain.

Add taco mix, water, and corn. Simmer until liquid is absorbed.

For each serving, layer lettuce, and 1/4 of beef mixture inside individual taco.

Sprinkle with cheese and tomatoes. Top with taco sauce to taste.

I think I forgot to let you know that we tried this over the weekend and it was wonderful!! My husband made it and, by accident, added the sauce with the taco seasoning and cooked it in with the meat, it was so delicious. Thanks for the YUUMMMMYYYYY post!! P.S. Loved the corn in this recipe!!!
