Hot And Spicy Spinach Recipe Etchel / All my dishes

This dish was inspired by my father who loves vege and adores Chili pepper.

Ingredients
  • 1 - kilo spinach
  • 2 - red bell peppers, cut into 1 inch
  • 1 - clove garlic, minced
  • 1 - tablespoon mustard
  • 1 - teaspoon lemon extract
  • 2 - tablesppons vegetabel oi
  • 1/4 - teaspoon chili pepper, flaked
  • salt to taste

Directions
  1. Heat vegetable oil over meduim fire.
  2. Add bell pepper and garlic. Stir for 1 minute
  3. Add spinach and cook until done
  4. Stir in mustard, lemon extract and chili pepper
  5. Season with salt
  6. Garnish with hot chili
  7. Serve immediately
