How to make it

  • Peel and cut potatoes; steam until tender
  • Mash potatoes with a little butter; add prepared salmon
  • Salt n pepper to taste
  • Roll into medium sized patties, roll in breadcrumbs and leave to rest in fridge for at least 30 min
  • Cook salmon patties in a medium to low temperature, turning once brown, carefully not to beak them up!
  • Serve with a fresh squeezed lemon, garden salad and home made chippies. Awesome!
