Salmon Patties

- 1 can pink salmon, drained and bones removed shopping list
- At least twice amount of mashing potatoes shopping list
- breadcrumbs shopping list
- salt n pepper shopping list
- oil for cooking shopping list
How to make it
- Peel and cut potatoes; steam until tender
- Mash potatoes with a little butter; add prepared salmon
- Salt n pepper to taste
- Roll into medium sized patties, roll in breadcrumbs and leave to rest in fridge for at least 30 min
- Cook salmon patties in a medium to low temperature, turning once brown, carefully not to beak them up!
- Serve with a fresh squeezed lemon, garden salad and home made chippies. Awesome!
