Saucy Chocolate Pudding

- 140g (250ML) cakeflour sifted shopping list
- 10ml (2x tsp) bakingpowder shopping list
- 2ml salt shopping list
- 160g (200ML) castorsugar shopping list
- 30g (75ml) cocoa shopping list
- 25g (30ml) butter or margarien melted shopping list
- 125ml (1/2cup) milk shopping list
- 5ml vanilla essence shopping list
- 50g (125ml) chopped nuts (optional) shopping list
- 200g (250ml) soft brown sugar (the type that looks alive ) shopping list
- 300ml hot water shopping list
How to make it
- Sift flour, bakingpowder, salt, sugar, 25ml of the cocoa together
- Add butter, milk, essence, nuts and mix well.
- Put mixture in greased pan of 25x15x5cm
- Mix brown sugar and rest of cocoa, spread over dough
- Pour water over mixture.
- Place dessert in a pan with boiling water
- Bake 30-40min at 180C (350F)
