Saucy Chocolate Pudding Recipe

How to make it

  • Sift flour, bakingpowder, salt, sugar, 25ml of the cocoa together
  • Add butter, milk, essence, nuts and mix well.
  • Put mixture in greased pan of 25x15x5cm
  • Mix brown sugar and rest of cocoa, spread over dough
  • Pour water over mixture.
  • Place dessert in a pan with boiling water
  • Bake 30-40min at 180C (350F)
