Sweet corn relish

- 2kg whole kernel corn shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups diced red peppers shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups diced green peppers shopping list
- 1 cup finely chopped celery shopping list
- 1 chopped onion shopping list
- 1 cup White sugar shopping list
- 2 1/2 cupS white vinegar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon celery seeds shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic shopping list
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard shopping list
- 1 teaspoon tumeric shopping list
- 1/4 cup cornflour shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients together except corn, cornflour and water in a large saucepan. Cover and bring to the boil. Add corn. Cook for a further 15 minutes. Thicken with cornflour and water, mixture should reduce with simmering. Pour into sterilised jars.
