Tomato Soup

- 2 32 oz cans tomato puree shopping list
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream shopping list
- rosemary to taste shopping list
- thyme to taste shopping list
- Gordon Food Service italian seasoning mix (sorry, no ingredients listed.. probably oregeno, basil, etc) shopping list
- 2 pinches of sage shopping list
How to make it
- Combine puree and herbs into heavy pot. Cook on low heat for first 40 minutes.
- Raise heat to medium, cook for 40 minutes.
- Turn heat to very low and stir in whipping cream. Sir constantly.
- Turn off heat after 10 minutes, stirring. Serve hot.
