How to make it

  • Combine puree and herbs into heavy pot. Cook on low heat for first 40 minutes.
  • Raise heat to medium, cook for 40 minutes.
  • Turn heat to very low and stir in whipping cream. Sir constantly.
  • Turn off heat after 10 minutes, stirring. Serve hot.

    Like the recipe. gonna try using fresh tomatoes instead of puree and cook them as well as using soy milk, making it a vegan option. I'll let you know how it turns out.

    This looks great. Perhap a Penzey's Italian seasoning will substiture for the Gordon Food service seasoning. I might need to take a dose of Zantac with this.
