This pasta dish is good with. The Chicken supremes stuffed with ricotta and dried tomatoes

Ingredients
  • 3/4 lbs (375g) Tagliatelle pasta
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) ricotta cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup flat fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) chicken stock
  • Salt and pepper

Directions
  1. In a large sauce pan cook pasta in boiling salted water.
  2. Drain reserving a little water
  3. Return pasta to sauce pan.
  4. Add remaining ingredients.
  5. Add a little reserved cooking water to sauce pan to moisten pasta, if necessary
  6. season with salt and pepper.
