Pasta with Tomatoes and Cheese

- 3/4 lbs (375g) Tagliatelle pasta shopping list
- 1/2 cup (125ml) ricotta cheese shopping list
- 2 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 3 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced shopping list
- 1/4 cup flat fresh parsley, minced shopping list
- 1/2 cup (125ml) chicken stock shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In a large sauce pan cook pasta in boiling salted water.
- Drain reserving a little water
- Return pasta to sauce pan.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Add a little reserved cooking water to sauce pan to moisten pasta, if necessary
- season with salt and pepper.
