Codfish Roe With Lemon Sauce

- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons butter or margarine shopping list
- 1 tablespoons minced parsley shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- Dash of cayenne pepper shopping list
- 8 ounce can codfish roe shopping list
- parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Combine 1/4 cup butter with minced parsley, lemon juice and cayenne pepper.
- Beat with electric beater until creamy and thoroughly combined.
- Drain codfish roe well.
- Sauté in remaining 2 tablespoons butter over very low heat until heated through.
- Serve with lemon butter sauce and garnish with parsley.
