How to make it

  • boil the eggs
  • cook the pasta
  • cut pickles into tiny cubes (as many as you prefer)
  • mix together mayo and mustard (you can use as much as you prefer...I usually just guess)
  • Add a little pickle juice to mayo mix.
  • Once eggs have cooled dice them
  • Drain pasta and put into bowl
  • Add most of mayo mixture and stir
  • Add rest of ingrediants and mix all together adding salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add rest of mayo mix to keep salad from drying out.
  • *Note: If used next day may need to add more mayo and mustard cause it tends to dry up a little!
