How to make it

  • Boil syrup 4 minutes.
  • Put egg whites, salt and vanilla in small mixer bowl.
  • Turn mixer to high then add syrup immediately pouring in steady stream in front of beaters.
  • Beat until frosting holds shape and will spread.
  • Pile on cake then sprinkle on chocolate spread.
