How to make it

  • Drain pickles in collander
  • Divide into 5 sections
  • Put section 1 back in the pickle jar, add one cup of sugar, 1/5 tabasco sauce and 1/5 garlic
  • Repeat for layers 2-5
  • (Do not put in refridgerator while marinating) Set in pyrex, day one turn on end and let stand for 24 hours, day two turn on alternate end and let stand for 24 hours. Repeat until the end of day 5 and then enjoy!
  • After day 5 is complete, pickles can go in the refridgerator
