Grandma Helen's famous Spiedes recipe.
Can be used with Chicken, Beef, Pork or Lamb

Ingredients
- 3-4 lbs of lamb, beef, pork or chicken
- 2/3 cup of vinegar
- 1/2 cup of squeezed lemon
- 2 cups of cooking oil
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp crushed thyme
- 2 cloves garlic (chop finely)
- Sprigs of mint or parsley
Directions
- Marinade overnight or for 2 days in double bag.
- You can then freeze until needed.
- Cook on the grill for 15 minutes or until meat is firm.
