- 3-4 lbs of lamb, beef, pork or chicken shopping list
- 2/3 cup of vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 cup of squeezed lemon shopping list
- 2 cups of cooking oil shopping list
- 2 tsp oregano shopping list
- 1 tsp pepper shopping list
- 2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp crushed thyme shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic (chop finely) shopping list
- Sprigs of mint or parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Marinade overnight or for 2 days in double bag.
- You can then freeze until needed.
- Cook on the grill for 15 minutes or until meat is firm.
