How to make it
- Open fish lengthwise to permit placing fish flat in baking dish but do not cut through skin.
- Spread cut side with egg and sprinkle with crumbs and salt.
- Place fish outside down in well greased 2 quart oven glass casserole.
- Pour milk over fish and dot with butter.
- Cover and bake 40 minutes at 400.
