How to make it

  • Open fish lengthwise to permit placing fish flat in baking dish but do not cut through skin.
  • Spread cut side with egg and sprinkle with crumbs and salt.
  • Place fish outside down in well greased 2 quart oven glass casserole.
  • Pour milk over fish and dot with butter.
  • Cover and bake 40 minutes at 400.
