Teriyaki Bison Loaf

- 1 lb. buffalo meat shopping list
- 3/4 lb. mild bulk sausage or ground pork shopping list
- 1/2 cup cooked brown rice shopping list
- 1 tsp. onion powder shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped,seeded green pepper shopping list
- 3 tbsp. teriyaki sauce,divided shopping list
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tbsp. honey shopping list
- 1 garlic clove,minced shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger shopping list
- 1 tbsp. honey shopping list
How to make it
- mix all ingerdients except the honey and 1 tbsp. teriyaki sauce together thouroughly.
- shape into a loaf
- put into a 9 x 5 loaf pan
- Bake at 350 about 1 hour,or until pork is cooked.
- when loaf is half cooked,blend the 1 tbsp. teriyaki sauce with the honey
- spoon over loaf
- use a meat thermometer or cook until juices run clear and meat has lost it's pinkness
