Teriyaki Bison Loaf Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • mix all ingerdients except the honey and 1 tbsp. teriyaki sauce together thouroughly.
  • shape into a loaf
  • put into a 9 x 5 loaf pan
  • Bake at 350 about 1 hour,or until pork is cooked.
  • when loaf is half cooked,blend the 1 tbsp. teriyaki sauce with the honey
  • spoon over loaf
  • use a meat thermometer or cook until juices run clear and meat has lost it's pinkness
