This cake is easy and fast made. Serve it with whipped cream spiced with vanilla sugar.

Ingredients
  • 150 g Butter
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 p Vanilla- Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 150 g Flour
  • 1 tsp. Backingpowder

Directions
  1. First mix the Butter with Sugar until smooth. Put the eggs in the mixture one after the other. Add the Flour and the Bakingpowder.
  2. Use a 26 cm Backingform to spread the dough.
  3. Peel the Apples and cut them into big slices putting them over the dough.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 min.
