Peppery Chicken Wings W Sauce

- 16 chicken wings (about 2 pounds), tips removed shopping list
- 1 tsp peanut, or vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt shopping list
- 1/4 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled (1 ounce) shopping list
- 1/2 small yellow onion, grated shopping list
- 1 tsp cider vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the broiler
- Separate chicken wings and remove tips (kitchen scissors work fine)
- in a medium bowl, combine peanut oil and cayenne pepper; add chicken and turn till well-coated
- place chicken on broiler pan rack and broil 8 inches from flame, turning occasionally, until crisp, about 20 minutes
- meanwhile, prepare the dip
- in a bowl, whisk together yogurt, buttermilk, blue cheese, onion, and vinegar
- transfer to a small serving bowl in the middle of a platter of chicken
- ENJOY
- *I always tend to have left over buttermilk, so I mix it with a small avocado and use it as a hair mask for about 20-30, Works great. It also works as a facial moisturizer. Just a tip for you ladies out there
