Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat the broiler
  • Separate chicken wings and remove tips (kitchen scissors work fine)
  • in a medium bowl, combine peanut oil and cayenne pepper; add chicken and turn till well-coated
  • place chicken on broiler pan rack and broil 8 inches from flame, turning occasionally, until crisp, about 20 minutes
  • meanwhile, prepare the dip
  • in a bowl, whisk together yogurt, buttermilk, blue cheese, onion, and vinegar
  • transfer to a small serving bowl in the middle of a platter of chicken
  • ENJOY
  • *I always tend to have left over buttermilk, so I mix it with a small avocado and use it as a hair mask for about 20-30, Works great. It also works as a facial moisturizer. Just a tip for you ladies out there
