Cashew Nut 3 Test Recipe

	Tttallis / All my dishes 2 years ago This is a dish from the Malaysia Hotel in Bangkok. I think they meant to call it "Cashew Nut Three Taste", but "test" is what it says on their menu. It's a great spicy entree. Prep:5m Cook:5m Servings:4	Tttallis

Cashew nuts

shallots

lime juice

chilli

salt

Directions

Roast some cashew nuts in a moderate oven until they lightly browned. (Careful, they burn suddenly!)

Then add a similar amount of finely chopped spring onions.

Chop up a couple of seeded chillies (the tiny "birds-eye" ones - interestingly the Thais call these prik kee noo which means "mouse shit chilli").

Then sprinkle liberally with lime juice and salt to taste.
