Fried Fish eggs

this dish is marvelous for cocktails
Ingredients
- 1/4 kg fish eggs shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic shopping list
- 2 tsps turmeric powder shopping list
- 3 tsps dhania, jeera powder or fish masala shopping list
- salt shopping list
- 1 lemon shopping list
- oil for deep frying shopping list
- 2 tsps red chilly paste shopping list
How to make it
- Clean the eggs and remove the hanging skin if any. (be careful not to tear them, as they are very soft)
- Cut into 1 1/2 inches pieces.
- Mix all the spices in a bowl, add little water to make paste. Marinate eggs in this paste slowly and keep for an hour.
- Deep fry in hot oil till crispy.
- Serve hot with sauce of your choice or with fries
