How to make it

  • Clean the eggs and remove the hanging skin if any. (be careful not to tear them, as they are very soft)
  • Cut into 1 1/2 inches pieces.
  • Mix all the spices in a bowl, add little water to make paste. Marinate eggs in this paste slowly and keep for an hour.
  • Deep fry in hot oil till crispy.
  • Serve hot with sauce of your choice or with fries
