Ingredients
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 onion
  • 100 g cress
  • 150 g bacon
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinager
  • 2 tablespoons walnut oil
  • 1 tablespoon port wein
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Directions
  1. Tear lettuce in chunks.
  2. Cut bacon in cubes and fry.
  3. Mix vinager, oil, wine and milk. Add chopped onion.
  4. Mix with the salad.
  5. Add cress on top.
