  • egg whites
  • sugar
  • flour
  • candied fruits
  • butter
  • vanilla
  • lemon

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. For 1 egg white you need 20 g sugar, 30 g flour and 10,5 g butter.
  3. Beat egg white (as many you got) with vanilla.
  4. Melt butter and cool.
  5. Add flour and cold melted butter to egg white.
  6. Add grated lemon skin, candied fruits.
  7. Pour in buttered, floured form and bake for 25-30 minutes.
