How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 200°C.
  • For 1 egg white you need 20 g sugar, 30 g flour and 10,5 g butter.
  • Beat egg white (as many you got) with vanilla.
  • Melt butter and cool.
  • Add flour and cold melted butter to egg white.
  • Add grated lemon skin, candied fruits.
  • Pour in buttered, floured form and bake for 25-30 minutes.
