How to make it
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- For 1 egg white you need 20 g sugar, 30 g flour and 10,5 g butter.
- Beat egg white (as many you got) with vanilla.
- Melt butter and cool.
- Add flour and cold melted butter to egg white.
- Add grated lemon skin, candied fruits.
- Pour in buttered, floured form and bake for 25-30 minutes.
