- 1 kilo sticky rice shopping list
- 8 cups thick coconut milk shopping list
- 3/4 kilo brown sugar / panutsa shopping list
- pandan leaves shopping list
- banana leaf , whole shopping list
How to make it
- Cook rice with the pandan leaves.
- Combine Coconut milk and sugar in a hot kawa.
- Stir continuously until the sugar is melted.
- Let it boil for five minutes. Then turn the fire to medium heat.
- Add the rice to the mixture then stir until the rice and the coconut milk mixture are evenly mixed together.
- Heat the banana leaf over fire to prevent it from breaking.
- Spread the Sinukmani in the banana leaf then serve.
