I love Caravelle's Sweet Chili Sauce! This is one of the easiest recipes around for a quick dinner.

Ingredients
  • 2-4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c. Caravelle Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 c. pineapple (fresh, frozen, canned)
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • paprika for color

Directions
  1. Dab the chicken with olive oil then lay in a casserole baking dish.
  2. Add the rest of the dry ingredients around the chicken
  3. Pour chili sauce on top
  4. Season to taste
  5. Bake at 350 until chicken is done (45-60 minutes)

We don't have sweet chili sauce available here, so I'm going to try adding some dark brown sugar to the mix tonight to see if I can balance out the regular chili sauce.
