How to make it

  • Cut up butter into small cubes
  • Quickly mix cut-up butter in an electric mixer using a paddle attachment until soft
  • Add the fresh strawberries and mix until well blended
  • Pipe butter into logs on foil or grease-proof paper
  • Twist the ends of the foil or grease proof paper and freeze until use
  • Serve with warm rolls, pancakes or waffles
