These chops go great with pasta or mashed potatoes. What ever you prefer!

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup salsa (your favourite kind) some like it hot!
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Season pork chops to taste
  2. In a skillet, brown pork chops on both sides in the oil
  3. Add salsa and bring to boil
  4. Lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until chops are thoroughly cooked.
  5. Serve with mashed potatoes and corn or Pasta and a salad!
