How to make it

  • Wash the dates and take out the stones
  • Melt the butter in a casserole with sugar on medium heat
  • Now put the dates in and cook till forms to a paste
  • Remove from flame and quikly beat in the egg
  • Replace on flame and keep stirring continuosly
  • Break the biscuits into small pieces and add them to the date mixture
  • Cook for a few minutes till the biscuits are well coated with the mixture
  • Now add the almonds and take it off the flame
  • Spread the mixture on a flat tray and cut into equal squares
  • Then make cylinders of each square and roll it on coconut powder
  • Serve with fresh cream
