Ingredients
  • 1 cup Chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 pk yello cake mix (Duncan Hines the best)
  • 1 pk 3¬ Jello instant vanilla Pudding mix
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Cold water (or Triple-Sec, which I use)
  • 1/2 cup Canola Oil
  • 1/2 cup Triple-Sec
  • GLAZE INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/4 lb Butter
  • 1/4 c Water
  • 3/4 c Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c Triple-Sec

Directions
  1. FOR CAKE: Preheat oven to 325 degrees.. Grease & flour 10″ tube or 13-cup Bundt
  2. Pan. Sprinkle nuts over bottom of pan. Mix all cake ingredients together.
  3. Pour batter over nuts. Bake 1 hour. Cool. Invert on serving plate. Prick
  4. top in many places (with something small like fork tines or a toothpick).
  5. Drizzle and smooth glaze evenly over top and sides. Allow cake to absorb
  6. glaze. Repeat until glaze is used completely.
  7. FOR GLAZE: Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in water & sugar. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in Triple-Sec.
