Callies Pecan Pie

This recipe was in my aunt's recipe collection. It is one of the few that has any amounts associated with it. many of the others just say 'a handful of' or 'some' with the ingredients.
Ingredients
- 3 whole eggs shopping list
- 2TBL melted butter shopping list
- 2TBL flour shopping list
- 1/4 TBL vanilla shopping list
- 1/8 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 c sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 c dark corn syrup shopping list
- 1 1/2 c broken pecan halves shopping list
- 1 unbaked pie shell (8 inch) shopping list
How to make it
- Beat eggs, blend in melted butter, flour, vanilla, salt, sugar and syrup. Sprinle nuts ober the bottom of the pie shell. Gently pur the syrup over. Bake ina preheated 425 degree oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 and bake for 40 additional minutes.
- Cool
