Mexican Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients
  • Ground beef
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 package of Tortilla soft shells
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 package shredded cheese
  • 1 medium size jar of salsa
  • ADD ONS
  • Tomatoes
  • Olives
  • Onions
  • Bell peppers

Directions
  1. Cook ground beef in skillet and warm up beans.
  2. When finished drain and add taco seasoning.
  3. Mix together the ground beef and the beans.
  4. You can heat up the tortilla shells in the oven or not, it's optional.
  5. In a cassarole dish, layer the bottom with the shells
  6. Layer the cooked ground beef and the beans next.
  7. Add the "add-ons". This is determined by your own taste. Dice them up and add them.
  8. Put another layer of Tortilla shells.
  9. Add the salsa to the top.
  10. Then top it off with shredded cheese. Mexican style cheese is really good.
  11. Bake it in the over on 350 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes unitll cheese is melted and the tortilla shells are crispy.
  12. SERVE AND ENJOY!!
