Ingredients
  • 2tsp rosemary
  • 2tsp sage
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1tsp celery seed
  • 6 black pepper corns
  • 2tsp basil leaves
  • 1tsp lavender

Directions
  1. poor all ingredients into mortar and grind until its a powder
  2. take four pork chops and trim the fat off the edges leave marbeling in middle as this adds flavor and helps keep it tender
  3. rub herbs evenly over all sides of meat ( note: pork chops very in size so you may have to make a little more)
  4. Through on grill and cook over medium heat ( about 350 if your cooking with gas) until meat is white all the way through
