Pork venison dry rub

- 2tsp rosemary shopping list
- 2tsp sage shopping list
- 1tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1tsp celery seed shopping list
- 6 black pepper corns shopping list
- 2tsp basil leaves shopping list
- 1tsp lavender shopping list
How to make it
- poor all ingredients into mortar and grind until its a powder
- take four pork chops and trim the fat off the edges leave marbeling in middle as this adds flavor and helps keep it tender
- rub herbs evenly over all sides of meat ( note: pork chops very in size so you may have to make a little more)
- Through on grill and cook over medium heat ( about 350 if your cooking with gas) until meat is white all the way through
