How to make it

  • Cut loaf lengthwise then widthwise into chunks. In a small container, add butter, worchestershire sauce and 1 tsp. minced garlic from a jar. Mix well and spread on bread slices, place on cookie sheet and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. Broil until just crispy and serve.

    Oh! I like your idea, too...I've put mozzarella or cheddar instead of parm but I love the flavour of them both together...never tried the chives, will keep that in mind for next time.

    Yup..this is the way I've made Garlic/cheese bread...I also sprinkle Romano/Mozarella on it with the Parmesan!! and a little chives too
