Gluten-free vegan cole slaw

- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar shopping list
- 2 T mustard (I like Annie's horseradish mustard) shopping list
- 2 T sugar shopping list
- 1/2 head cabbage, shredded shopping list
- 1 carrot, grated shopping list
How to make it
- Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil in a small saucepan.
- Let cool.
- Pour over veggies.
- If you can, let this sit (covered) for a little while so the flavors can meld
