How to make it

  • Dice the potatoes.
  • Put in a pot and boil until soft (but not too soft)
  • Put bacon in pot and stirr until crispy or how you like it.
  • Sote the onion in 25 ml (2 tbsp) of oil.
  • Stirr in the rest of the oil, vinegar and chutney in.
  • Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Mix the milk and corn flour toghether.
  • Stirr the milk mixture in with the vinegar.
  • Let it simmer for another few minutes.
  • Mix potatoes and bacon.
  • Pour over the sauce.
  • Mix lightly.
  • Serve warm.
