- Large Batch Excellent fruit cakes shopping list
- 6 cups brown sugar shopping list
- 4 cups butter shopping list
- 12 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 1 cup honey shopping list
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon shopping list
- 2 teaspoons nutmeg shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons cloves shopping list
- 8 cups flour shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking soda in a little hot water shopping list
- 17 pounds fruit shopping list
- 7 quarts pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Mix brown sugar, butter, eggs, buttermilk, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and flour by hand.
- Add fruit and pecans.
- Spray 12 large loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray.
- Fill pans 2/3 full then cook in pans filled half full of water to prevent over cooking.
- Bake at 275 for 1 hour then allow to rest for 10 minutes before removing from pan to cool.
