Marshmellow Squares Recipe

How to make it

  • Blend together, then pat into square pan and bake @ 350* for 15 mins or until brown.
  • Soak 2 envelopes Know gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
  • Then put 2 cups sugar and 1/2 cup cold water in saucepan along with gelatin mixture - bring to a boil.
  • Let cool. Beat at high speed for 2 or 3 mins or until thick. Pour over base. Let chill, cut in squares and roll in coconut.
  • Use your favorite flavor jello.
