How to make it

  • Mince the green onion
  • Mince the ginger
  • Add them to the chicken broth
  • Add the sesame oil to the chicken broth
  • Add the chili sauce to the chicken broth mixture
  • Stir until completely dispersed
  • Set the mixture aside
  • Heat the pork and bean sauce to a skillet
  • (I use Pam to keep from sticking and to keep the fat down)
  • Thoroughly brown the pork-bean mixture, breaking up any lumps with a wooden spoon or paddle
  • Add the chicken broth mixture to the pork-bean mixture
  • Simmer for 10-15 minutes on low heat to evaporate some of the liquid.
  • Cook the noodles or pasta per instructions on the package
  • Add the pork mixture to the drained noodles
  • Toss until homogeneous,
  • Serve
