- 500 grams of shimp shopping list
- 200 grams of mushroom shopping list
- 10 cups of water shopping list
- 3 tbs of tom yum paste shopping list
- 5 shallot, sliced shopping list
- 5 garlic, sliced shopping list
- 1 tomato, quartered shopping list
- juice of 2 lemon shopping list
- 1 part of galangal, bruised shopping list
- 6 kraffir lime leaf shopping list
- 2 lemon grass, bruised shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 cup of coconut milk shopping list
- fresh coriander shopping list
How to make it
- bring water to the boil,cook tom yum paste with shallots, garlic, galangal, kraffir lime leaves, lemon grass, until boils
- add tomato, mushroom, lemon juice, coconut milk salt and pepper
- taste, if the saltiness and sourness is enough, add shrimp, when the shrimp turns red turn off the stove
