Marshmallow Sweet Potatoes Recipe

How to make it

  • Peel and dice potatoes
  • Boil until tender (about 15 minutes)
  • Add oleo, milk salt and pepper
  • Beat until creamy
  • Spoon into casserole dish
  • Top with marshmallows
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown
