How to make it

  • Pinch noodles
  • Mix flour, salt, eggs, and water in large bowl
  • Mix thouroughly with hands
  • Knead into a hard dough and let rest for 20 mins
  • pinch off onto wax paper and let dry for one day
  • Stew
  • Put all ingredients except the noodles in a crockpot
  • cook on high temp for one hour
  • turn down to low heat and simmer for 8 hours
  • put in pinch noodles about 2 hrs before serving

    cant wait to try this my bf is a hunter and ill bet he will love this, and it just so happens i have fresh venison to work with, he got a six point last night.
