How to make it

  • Saute veal strips in butter for about 1 1/2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Remove veal with slotted spoon and set aside.
  • Saute mushrooms and shallots in same butter.
  • Add wine and cook while stirring for about 3 minutes or until thickened.
  • Add cream and cook 1 minute and then add Dijon and cook 1 minute longer.
  • Add veal strips and stir until heated through.
  • Serve immediately.
