How to make it

  • In a bowl, combine marshmallow cream, water, coffee and vanilla.
  • Beat until well blended and fluffy.
  • Whip cream and fold into marshmallow mixture.
  • Split cake crosswise into three layers.
  • Frost each layer with the marshmallow filling and sprinkle with shaved chocolate.
  • Assemble layers on cake plate and top with almonds and shaved chocolate.
