Sausage Bites With Apricot Glaze

- 1 1/4 pounds Italian sweet sausage shopping list
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1 cup apricot all-fruit spread or, apricot preserves shopping list
- 1/2 cup spicy brown mustard shopping list
- onion powder (to taste) shopping list
How to make it
- Cut the sausage into bite-sized pieces.
- Pan fry the sausages over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through.
- In a separate saucepan mix the apricot preserves, balsamic, mustard and onion powder.
- Heat the apricot glaze until melted and warmed throughout.
- Serve the glaze in small bowls with the sausages on toothpicks.
