- filling ingredients: shopping list
- 3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp butter or margarine softened shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 2/3 cup finely chopped pecan shopping list

- Pastry shell ingredients: shopping list
- 3 oz cream cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine softened shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
How to make it
- combine cream cheese and butter; blend until smooth
- add flour, mixing well
- refrigerate dough for 1 hour, shape into balls.
- put each ball in a greased mini muffin pans, shaping into a shell.

- mix filling ingredients together
- fill pastry shells and bake at 350 degrees for 17-20 minutes

- may be baked and stored for futrue use in the freezer or store in tins for several days
