Bacon and Herb Buckwheat Muffins

- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled shopping list
- 1 cup buckwheat flour shopping list
- 2/3 cup brown rice flour shopping list
- 3//4 cup rice whole grain flakes shopping list
- 1 tablespoon baking powder shopping list
- 1 cup soy milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped basil shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped chives shopping list
- 2 ounces melted margarine shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 450 and prepare muffin tins.
- Cook bacon in pan stirring until crisp then drain well on paper towels.
- Combine bacon with sifted flours and remaining ingredients in bowl then mix well.
- Spoon into pans and bake for for 20 minutes
