Overnight Cheese and Bacon bake

- 5 cups soft bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups grated swiss cheese shopping list
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese grated shopping list
- 1 pound of bacon, cooked and crumbled shopping list
- 8 eggs beaten shopping list
- 1 2/3 cup milk shopping list
- 2 green onions, chopped shopping list
- 1 tbsp prepared mustard shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
How to make it
- the day before: butter a 9 x 13 pan. Spread bread cubes in dish.
- sprinkle with cheeses and bacon.
- combine remaining ingredients, pour over all.
- cover with foil
- refrigerate overnight
- remove dish from refrigerator, let stand 20 minutes
- bake 325 35-45 minutes.
- remove foil the last 10 minutes
