these are easy to make, my grandson love them

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cornflake crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 tbsp parsley flakes
  • salt and pepper
  • pinch garlic powder
  • 3 boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch strips
  • 2 tbsp skim milk

Directions
  1. in a shallow pan, combiine flakes, nuts, parsley, seasonings.
  2. dip chicken in milk, then roll in crumbs.
  3. place in a 15 x 10 x 1 pan
  4. bake 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until chicken is done
